Rule №1 -
You should spend half a day in a week as you like (swim, dance, walk, listen to music, communicate with friends, rest…)

Tell warm and pleasant words to a person you love even if one or two times a week. |

2 or 3 times a week do exercises which mustn't be heavy

Rule №4 -
Drink more water (not alcohol). You should drink 1-1,5 liter a day.

Once a week you can break your diet and go to bed later as usual.

Don t let other people to plunder your life. You can not answer some letters and phone calls.

When you angry try to do something difficult ( dig your garden or break some plates.

You should eat one banana a day to be energetic and healthy.
